it's quite a frantic ride this month. leaving out the negative parts, i will only try to remember the trip to chicago. "i'm speechless; i'm out of speech; i have no speech." it's actually better than nyc in many senses and this thought relieved me a little bit. i'm not that out of choice yet. everything is just the right size for me, with no bragging tone. a few notes to my trip:
* dinners
* michigan ave.
* navy pier
* fireworks
* wheel and swing
* big big ice balls (dun know what they call them there)
* lake tour
* speed boats
* buildings, or should i say the art of architecture
* the north beach
* lgbtq parade, which we did not really see but experienced in some way
* oh, and btw, i did my first ala poster session
there is still a "BUT" -- the service; my friend guessed that was some "mid-west" thing. so suck it up and enjoy!
